The Maha kumbhabishekam of Sri Lakshmi Narayana Swamy temple in our village was conducted on 15 May 2008. Several religious and cultural programmes were conducted. The highlight was the Divyanamam and Seetha Kalyana Mahotsavam by Sri Udayaloor Kalyanarama Bhagavathar.
